Nut Shortbread
Ingredients
200 gram butter |
1 ½ cups flour

Instructions
- Cream butter and icing sugar together.
- Stir in the sifted cornflour, flour and salt.
- Roll into a sausage shape on floured board.
- Wrap in greaseproof paper and chill in the fridge.
- Cut into thick slices and bake 35 minutes at 160 degrees.
