Macadamia Chocolate Chip Biscuits

Ingredients 

125 gram butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence

 

1 egg pinch salt
1 ¾ cup self raising flour
¼ cup chocolate chips
70 gram macadamia pieces



Instructions

  1. Cream butter, sugars and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Beat egg and add to mixture.
  3. Sift in flour and salt.
  4. Add chocolate chips and macadamia pieces. Mix well.
  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  6. Shape teaspoons of mixture into a ball and place on the tray, lightly flatten with a fork.
  7. Bake at 185 degrees C for 10 -12  minutes.
