Macadamia Chocolate Chip Biscuits
Ingredients
125 gram butter |
1 egg pinch salt |
Instructions
- Cream butter, sugars and vanilla in a bowl.
- Beat egg and add to mixture.
- Sift in flour and salt.
- Add chocolate chips and macadamia pieces. Mix well.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Shape teaspoons of mixture into a ball and place on the tray, lightly flatten with a fork.
- Bake at 185 degrees C for 10 -12 minutes.
