Macadamia Pesto
Ingredients
2 cups basil leaves |
100 ml olive oil or macadamia oil |
Instructions
- Wash and dry basil leaves.
- Put into food processor with macadamia nuts and garlic.
- Process well until combined.
- Add parmesan and salt, process drizzling in oil until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Great drizzled over pasta.
