Apple Crumble


5 apples
½  tsp cinnamon


¾ cup flour ¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup rolled oats 75 gram butter
70 gram macadamia pieces


  1. Peel, core and slice apples.
  2. Place apples in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cinnamon, mix.
  3. Soften butter and mix in flour using finger tips. Add remaining ingredients and combine till crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle mixture over the apple.
  5. Bake at 180degrees C for 30 minutes or until topping is crisp.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or yoghurt.
