Replacement & Refund Policy

Our policy requires that all product is delivered to you fresh and in good edible condition. If you receive any product that does not satisfy this criteria, please advise us immediately by the contact facility on our web page. If we are satisfied the problem is supply related you will immediately be offered replacement product or a refund of the purchase price of the product in question.

Macadamia Liqueur

We take our obligations under NZ liquor laws seriously, and cannot sell or supply liquor to anyone under the legal purchase age of 18 years. We ask that our purchasers of Macadamia Liqueur please ensure that someone over 18 years old will be available to take delivery, because we cannot supply liquor to minors and we do not wish for our delicious liqueur to be left unattended. 

Yes, I confirm that, if part of my order includes Macadamia Liqueur,  I (the purchaser) and the recipients at the delivery address are over 18 years of age (and acknowledge that ID may be asked for in order to prove age, upon delivery).
